oily dark curly hair

I have dark brown wavy/curly hair that's medium length. I can not find and dry shampoo that actually helps with the second day oil. I usually just get frustrated and wash it.any dry shampoo I have tried makes it look more oily!

I have very frizzy hair that is also damaged (I am on a swim team) and I use Pantene dry shampoo. It’s super cheap but it works very well. I also have a similar hair type as yours and not many shampoos do much for me.

I have started using Dove’s new dry shampoo! It isn’t Sephora but it’s cheap, smells WONDERFUL, gives me texture, and absorbs oil! I use this occasionally when I’m doing an updo and want some extra hold without hairspray crunchies. My hair is straight and cannot hold a curl for anything so this also doubles as a nice texturizer for me!

My hair is similar and my tried and true is Living Proof Dry Shampoo. Smells amazing and works wonders. Since it is white, let it sit for a few minutes, then work in any visible product.

I agree, I think you have to find the formula and technique that works best for you. I had to try a few and I found that I really like the IGKFirst Class Charcoal Detox Dry Shampoo. I do not have to use a lot of it and I spray it at my rooms and rub it with my fingers. It also give a nice light volume!

@hirschykiss What dry shampoos have you tried?  How are you applying them?
