WARNING - Olaplex is not for everyday use

This is an important reminder that unless you have extremely damaged bleached hair you should not be using Olaplex No. 4 Bond Maintenance Strengthening and Reparative Hair Shampoo 8.5 oz/ 250 mL products.

In fact, they are currently being sued for the damage their products cause. My personal experience with these products was horrifying. I’ve always had healthy, thick hair and gave Olaplex a try based on reviews - to my dismay my hair started tearing and it seemed to be falling out. What I learned when I went to a stylist was that these products are meant to recover damaged hair, for hair that doesn’t require the extra nutrients it can (in his words) cause hair to become gummy and tear. I stopped using it immediately and switched to R+Co, within a month my hair stopped ripping and seemed to take a turn for the better.

So, please, be careful, and Sephora please start carrying R+CO’s products.

Is this just for No. 4 or all of them?

You can use Olaplex daily, I wouldn’t use No.0 and No.3 daily as they aren’t needed daily. The others are perfectly fine.

Wise advice, @RebeccaV2.  I think that it's relatively pathetic that the company is being sued--it's up to the consumer to make informed decisions and to actually pay attention to the intended usage for the products that he/she is choosing to use--but I also initially was overusing Olaplex.  At first it worked really well for my hair but after an extended period of time it definitely started causing my hair more problems and it came to a point where I stopped using it.  That was my fault for not being properly informed and while I still think that Olaplex works great for some people and it can be a great product for the right situation, it just isn't for me anymore and I'm glad that you found some other products that work better for you :).
