Trying to fade/bleed hair colour

I’m trying to find any recommendations. Naturally a #blonde and have been a #red head for a year now. It’s been two months, my blonde roots are in and I’m ready to go get some highlights to start the process of going back blonde. Before I do so, I wanted to fade whatever colour is left as much as possible without bleach. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciate
