Thicker hair

Which shampoo brand and conditioner do you recommend for medium to thick hair for thickens and volume.  Over the years my hair texture has changed could be do to hormonal changes or pre menopause.  How cans I revive and get that thicker and fuller hair again ? I use a diffuser as well but perhaps changing the hair products

@maccal2023 I really love the Briogeo Superfoods Apple, Matcha + Kale Replenishing Shampoo + Conditioner Duo because they improve the texture and feel of my hair without weighing it down. It helps me achieve soft hair without sacrificing volume as it doesn’t weigh it down the way some Moisturizing hair care can.
