T3 switch

I just bought the t3 switch that comes with 3 different barrels. I plugged it in and I pick my heat but after letting it stand for 15 min. It stayed in the second light. I tried turning it off and it doesn’t shut off unless I unplug it. I’m literally disappointed because I just bought it and it doesn’t work or heat up

Hey I recently pick this up and figured it out. The barrel isn't attached properly, you have to push the barrel in till you hear the click. You can find this on page 7 eng or page 23 Español in the manual.
