T3 Trio in Europe?

Hi Everyone, I'm travelling to Italy later this summer and I know bringing heat tools can be a bit of a nightmare. I'm wondering if anyone has tried the auto world voltage/dual voltage on the T3 - Whirl Trio? I own italready and love it, so I'm hoping I can avoid buying a new curling wand in Italy. Thanks!

I honestly recommend that you bring a flat iron/curling iron that’s cheap. That way if there’s a surge and it blows you won’t be damaging an expensive hair tool. I was travelling over seas one year and brought an expensive flat iron ended up having a power surge and I was never able to use the iron again. Speaking from experience it’s totally up to you but it may or may not happen to you.
