Hi there I’m looking for recomandations for shampoo and conditioner. My hair is a 2C wave/curl and is pretty long. I’m looking for something that could remove build up but is not too harsh and something that can restore my natural hair and strengthen it. I’ve also lost some of the thickness and am looking for any products that could help maybe restore that as well. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

For build up either one of these: IGK First Class Detoxifying Charcoal Shampoo 

Living Proof Perfect hair Day (PhD) Triple Detox Shampoo 5.4 oz/ 160 mL 

For restoring thickness, your only clinically proven option is minoxidil (Rogain).

Yes, Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector Pre-Shampoo Hair Repair Treatment will bring back a curl pattern that has been lost due to excessive straightening of chemical damage. It will take a few uses and you may want to visit a salon to have the professional strength treatment done (you will see quicker results).

Alot of people including me are losing lots of hair by Olaplex. Its a gamble for sure. Lol hit or miss.
