Question about Hair mask

I’m using Fable & Mane Hair Mask. Do I have to put it before or after shampoo??? Because it have to be applied with damp hair.

After you shampoo, on damp hair / meaning squeeze some of the water out so it’s not dripping wet, then apply for 5 mins and rinse.
