Purple shampoo

Has anyone tried any of the purple shampoos? If so what brands do you recommend?? I just got some highlights and want the get them as bright as I can.. And are the conditioners really necessary or can u just use the shampoos?

Paul Mitchell has a great duo, its Platinum Blonde shampoo and conditioner. They do help most importantly to cancel out yellow tones.

I have tried a lot of purple shampoos! My hair is naturally really dark brown and I have had my hair as light as a honey champagne blonde. When my hair was very light, I used the Drybar Blonde Ale Brightening Shampoo and it worked really well!

We just got the AmikaBust Your Brass Cool Blonde Shampoo online and it has been getting good reviews! I did find that the conditioner works well if not better than the shampoo, because I would leave it on as a treatment mask. I found that it locked in the color better than the shampoo.
