Products for Dry Hair????

I have naturally curly hair but I have no idea how to handle it so I've been straightening it since I was a teenager. ii dont dye it very often, maybe once to twice a year. I've recently been transitioning from dark brown hair to blonde. What are the best products to keep my locks moisturized?? Oils? Mask? Other?

@sheldon503,

I suggest using a hair mask a few times a week, especially on dry ends. I recommend the Kiehl's Since 1851 Olive Fruit Oil Deeply Repairative Hair Pak.

I also recommend the Bumble and bumble Hairdresser’s Invisible Oil as a night treatment or after you use any hot tools.

I use this protein cream by Alterna a few times a week and feel that it goes a long way to keeping my sun-abused hair in check. I would recommend you spend some time looking at hair care products here at Sephora.com and reading the reviews. Also if youre close to a store go in and ask for recommendations and samples. There are SO many options and its hard tracking down the best one for you, trial and error for the most part!! Youre probably best to stop straightening it and instead learn how best to manage the glorious curls you do have.

Re: Products for Dry Hair????

I love using hair oils-any will do really (Ulta and Sephora carry a bunch).  Also use a shampoo and conditioner that adds moisture and hydration for your hair.  I love brands like Pureology, Oribe, and Alterna that have shampoo and conditioners for your hair concern.  Also, deep masking your hair once a week will help.
