Opalex vs Amika

I am currently looking for a hair mask to mainly make my hair stronger. I have come down to picking either the Opalex No. 3 or Amika Kure mask. The reviews are pretty much the same but I wanted to see if anyone has used both and/or has a preference.

GG84 is correct. The best thing You can do is also get trim when the hair is split at the end where You can see through it because that will go all the way up the hair

Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector Pre-Shampoo Hair Repair Treatment 8.5 oz / 250 mL is not a hair mask. It is a pre shampoo treatment and it is vastly different then AMIKA - Mini The Kure Intense Repair Hair Mask for Damaged Hair. Think of hair like a rose on a stem. Only olaplex has the ability to treat the inside of your hair (stem) while hair masks like AMIKA - Mini The Kure Intense Repair Hair Mask for Damaged Hair treat the outside (rose petals). You would essentially use both.
