Olaplex 3/4/5

Hello, Has anyone tried these products for damaged hair? Are they any good, the store I go to they sell for about $38 plus tax Canadian, is it worth the purchase? Thank you, Kourtney95

Re: Olaplex 3/4/5

@Anonymous Iโ€™ve tried 4&5. They were too heavy for my fine straight hair.

Re: Olaplex 3/4/5

I've had a really good experience with Olaplex. I have waist length straight hair and my main concern is mechanical damage. I hear that Olaplex 3 works really well on chemically damaged hair but it also works really well on my mechanically damaged hair as well. It's the product that's made the most difference in the health of my hair. If you're interested in the line my recommendation is to start with Olapex 3, and if that product works for you then pick up the rest of the line! I've tried all of their products and love them all, but Olaplex 3 is by fair their stand out product!

Re: Olaplex 3/4/5

I own the Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector Pre-Shampoo Hair Repair Treatment 3.3 oz / 100 mL and it's really good and worth the money (somewhat unique too). I haven't tried the rest of the line though.

Re: Olaplex 3/4/5

I use the mask and the shampoo and I canโ€™t stop raving about them!

Re: Olaplex 3/4/5

@Anonymous  I've tried them as well! I really like the mask - I felt the conditioner weighed down my hair a bit

Re: Olaplex 3/4/5

I have tried these Olaplex products and was impressed with Olaplex 3. It certainly left my hair softer and healthier. The shampoo and conditioner on the other hand did not work for me, they arent dreadful, but are by no means as good as other hydrating products sold by Sephora. I found them to be no better than a $3 product you could pick up at your local supermarket. Highly overrated.

@Anonymous You are welcome!

My hair isn't super fine if that makes a difference.

Re: Thank you so much :)

@Anonymous If you go to your local salon, they may have samples.
