New To Hair - 14 year old

I'm currently 14 years old and I'm new to the hair stuff. I don't want to get too fancy with my stuff because I'm on a budget, but can you guys give me some recommendations for some products I should use in my hair. Also, a basic hair care routine? Thanks

My hair is damadged and i guess it's like in between wavy and straight hair. I've also never dyed my hair before! My hair is pretty thick I think!
