Matrix biolage vs living proof

I tend to find a product & stick with it for a really long time. I try others, but even ones that I like, don’t seem to stay after the “new” wears off. Hence, I’ve used matrix biolage for almost 15 years! I’ve tried other shampoos & conditioners, both cheap & “high end” but nothing compares. I tend to go in cycles of long, then short hair, about every 2-3years so style changes, but my tried-&-true does not.

I’ve recently started to change things up because I’m in my last trimester of pregnancy. It’s rewarding to know that at least I can style my hair & makeup in exciting new ways when my weight & body is well...pregnant. How would any hair dressers or hair experts compare Matrix Biolage to Living Proof for thick baby fine hair?

@Newtoexpensive

 Hair stylist here. Biologe is PERSONALLY (so as to not offend anyone) what I would consider taking baby steps into the professional hair care world. I would just like to state that I have no affiliation with either L'oreal (Biologe/Matrix) or Unilever (Living Proof).

Based on how you described your hair, i'm going to assume you are either using Raw Uplift or Biologe Volume bloom. Neither is particularly advanced in any type of new technology.

Living Proof you would fall into the Full shampoo/conditioner catagory. They have advanced technology that puts an invisible shield on your hair that repels dirt and oil allowing you to go longer without washing your hair. It's also progressive - the more you use it, the better the results.
