Japanese Straightened Hair

Hello are there any shampoos, conditioners, treatments, and masks recommended for thermally reconditioned hair? (Japanese straightened hair)

No. You do not need to use a specific shampoo or conditioner for aftercare. Unlike a Keratin Treatment, you’ve had a permanent straightening service done. You do not need to worry about the incorrect aftercare washing out the treatment as you have chemically changed the structure of your hair permanently (until your roots grow in). It would be wise to use a shampoo/conditioner for dry hair.

@kaathyan I have colored treated Japanese Straight Permed hair but haven't had it redone in a year.  I have had my hair straight permed for over 10 years and use Pureology color treated hair shampoo and conditioner and also use Oribe Signature Moisture Hair Mask 5.9 oz/ 175 mL   Oribe Shampoo for Moisture & Control 8.5 oz/ 250 mL   Oribe Intense Conditioner for Moisture & Control 6.8 oz/ 200 mL  and shu uemura Essence Absolue Nourishing Protective Oil - Travel Size 1 fl oz/ 30 mL

@SportyGirly125 I apologize if I've asked you this before - what specific type of straight perm did you get?  I remember researching it years and years ago, and the two that stood out were Liscio and Yuki (if I am remembering correctly).  I seem to recall that Liscio seemed "better."
