In Need of a Non-Sticky Heat Protector

I am currently looking for heat protector for my hair, both for drying it with a blowdryer and for using hot tools, but I don't really want to deal with a spray. My hair is long, naturally wavy, and fine, but I would like to make it healthier. I've had troubles in the past with spray heat protectant, and I feel like it fries my hair whenever I use it. I am open to all suggestions, even if they are sprays, as long as they aren't sticky or leave a "crunchy" residue when my hair is dried. Thank you!

Hi @Miml98 Amika has a really great one called The Shield. I'm a stylist and use this one all the time.

Alterna Caviar cc cream has like 10 different things it does, 1 is heat protector. It doesn't leave hair sticky or greasy at all!
