I recently bleached my hair to get a rose gold ombré. Doing this really messed up my hair my hairs extremely frizzy and my hair has dried up. Any at home diys or treatments! please help a girl out

I agree with the avocado comments. It really softens your hair. I also bleached my hair and got it to Rose gold. So I mix avocado, olive oil (great for your scalp) and vitamin E oil, once a week and you'll be golden.

If you're looking for natural ingredients, then avocado is the #1 way to go because it has natural fatty and vitamins. Besides an avocado hair mask, you can use olive oil, and of course eggs (very fortifying)! These natural ingredients will moisturizer and fortify your fragile hair 🙂

@Anonymous Moisturizing shampoo (for colored treated hair); extra moisturizing conditioner (my fave right now is Biolage Hydrasouce Conditioning Balm); hair oils (my fave is Matrix Oil Wonders); hair masks (my faves have been discontinued); silicone serum if that is your thing (PM Super Skinny Serum) or Phytodefrisant if you are silicone free; dry shampoo to get your style to last longer so you don't have to wash and heat style as often.  Tag me if you want more detail.  good luck!
