Hair loss help

Hi I'm struggling with hair loss at the moment can anyone recommend anything for me. I've been using a caffeine shampoo and taking vitamins but I don't think it's helping thanks

I'm reading this thread as I have fine/thin straight hair and my volume isn't what it used to be. I too just invested in the Ouai thinning supplements. I'm on day 3 so I don't see results right now but hoping in time I will! I invested in the 90 day supplement package.

@Anonymous Hair loss is due to any number of reasons unfortunately. You could have nutritional deficiencies, have dry hair, hormonal imbalance etc.

Honestly, try the Redken extreme hair mask in the jar... I find it REALLY helped my hair! Although you can't but it at Sephora, I would recommend it 100 percent. its about 25ish Canadian dollars !
