I used to have long, rich hair and didn't realize how lucky I was until now. I went blonde (a big regret) and started straightening my hair (another big regret). How can I salvage my hair and get it to start growing back faster?

So as a stylist of 20 years, I've found that Eufora has a line calledBeautyfying Elixirs. The bodifying shampoo and conditioner are a godsend for damage. They are sage and thyme based and heal the hair from the inside out. They are vegan and all natural products. Also, there's zero water in them so they're super concentrated, which means more bang for your buck! Olaplex no 3 is great too. My suggestion is, if you're trying to avoid a big chop, invest in both and lay off the heat for awhile. Eventually you'll have to cut some but it may help prolong it. Good luck!

The Elixirs contain one ingredient I like, the rest are fillers. The bodifying for repairing hair is interesting since it promotes volume and has no reparative properties.

The Bodifying has Eufora's patented damage cure complex in it. It repairs dry brittle damaged hair. You must be thinking of something else. The only reason it's called Bodifying is bc it's for fine to medium hair. The one for medium to thick is called moisture intense. Which would be too heavy for fine hair. Eufora already has a volumizing line.

I had the same trouble with my hair, had to do a big chop and I did two major things 1. started taking vitamins or vitamin powders and 2. I switched to using clean, vegan haircare products. Try  HUM NUTRITION - Hair Sweet Hair Growth - Vegan Gummies or VITAL PROTEINS - Collagen Peptides and I use IGK - Bad & Bougie Amla Oil Deep Repair Shampoo/IGK - Bad & Bougie Amla Oil Deep Repair Conditioner. Hair changes are not always fun, hope this helps.

Hair stylist here. Heat is by far the biggest culprit in damage. Lightening your hair is damaging absolutely and that damage can be repaired by using Olaplex No. 3 Hair Perfector Pre-Shampoo Hair Repair Treatment 3.3 oz / 100 mL followed by a deep conditioner such as Redken All Soft Heavy Cream. Heat Damage is not reversible. It cooks your hair at temperatures higher then you bake/cook most food. You can use thermal protectors beforehand but once the damage is done, a cut is the only solution. Also, don’t fall for hair growth vitamins, they don’t work.
