Hair fall

Hello,

I am still having a lot of hair falling out especially in the shower and Now when I run my fingers through I can feel just how thin it has gotten and my scalp. Has any one had any good experience with any products for this? Thank you 😊

Re: Hair fall

I strongly recommend a shampoo with biotin like  Briogeo Blossom & Bloom™ Ginseng + Biotin Hair Volumizing Shampoo 8 oz/ 237 mL . I also personally like the Avalon Organics biotin b-complex

Additionally, you may want to use a deeply hydrating conditioner but only mid-hair, not to your scalp. Another option could be The Ordinary Multi-Peptide Serum for Hair Density 2 oz/ 60 mL which can be applied to your scalp. You can also use - gently- the Briogeo Scalp Revival™ Stimulating Therapy Massager.

Unfortunately, in my experience this was not enough and I had to think about nourishing my hair - and body- inside out. I decided not to take a b vitamin complex but opted for brewer's yeast (not a yeast!) from Lewis Labs (the only non-gmo, gluten-free, non fortified or modificated so the purest form of flakes on the market I could find). I use it in my morning smoothie. That did the trick very nicely and is also my little secret for smooth skin, healthy nails, and hair! I also ate grass-fed beef liver for a while ( B12 is stored in your liver for years)

If you're still having issues after using topical or a b vitamin supplement, you may want to look at lifestyle, like stress, diet (especially if you eat out a lot or eat vegan), hairstyling tools used (heat), and also have your thyroid checked (TSH, FT4, FT3 and also thyroid antibodies) too.

Hope that helps! x

Re: Hair fall

Hi,

Regarding hair loss. If you have any major changes in your life, like ie... diet, illness, and or medication, no shampoos or serums help that. You have to wait it out and let nature take its course.
I had changed my diet drastically because of an illness, and had a lot of hair loss. Recovered hair growth within a few months. I know it’s frustrating. But, it’s happening from the inside out not outside in.
