Hair fall reduction shampo

Any recommendations for a shampoo to reduce hair fall? I’m 30 and have been losing hair suddenly for the past month! Any help is appreciated

I think you can use Rogaine or anything with Minoxidil it in (the active ingredient in Rogaine).

What is the proper sequence for applying both Monixidil as well as the Peptide Hair Serum if they both go on at night?

Do not use both. Minoxidil needs a scalp clear of all toxins and DHT. don’t add anything that will make it harder for it to work.

So no serum. How do I further eliminate DHT? I’m getting results after extensive use of minoxidil 5% but don’t feel like the results are reflecting my diligence. Any recommendations?
