Hair care?

I have naturally wavy hair, but it gets frizzy often, so I'm forced to straighten it. I only straighten my hair once or twice a week, but my hair is extremely damaged and I have very bad split ends. Haircuts don't help. Any products that help keep my ends healthy and my hair from splitting?

Consider using products at each styling step that help with frizz or promote straight hair: shampoo, conditioner/mask, styling product/heat protectant.  That way, you don't have to use as much heat.
