Hair Static!!

I have naturally straight, fine, long hair and our climate makes it SO static-y! Not necessarily frizz, but static. My conditioner and spray-in conditioner does not work very well or only temporarily. Any tried and true products that will rid me of this static??

Story of my winter life... you might be in the same boat as me...i wash my hair everyday because i can't stand having products left in there or city smells when i go to sleep. 

No matter how much conditioner, masks or leave-in sprays I use, i can't avoid it. It gets worse depending on what i wear too.

I carry around an unscented dryer sheet, it's really the only thing that helps for me (and also try not to brush/touch my hair during the day)
