Hair Mask for a Beginner?

Hi all! 😚
I've never used a hair mask before and I'm just wondering what are your favorites/what might you recommend? I tried to search previous posts for this to not add a repeat but couldn't find much so I apologize if this is asked all the time lol!
My hair is a bit thicker, nothing too crazy, just not fine. Also it is medium length and brunette. My only purpose is to use it sporadically for its overall health and shine. Thanks so much. Xx

You absolutley cannot go wrong with amika Soulfood Nourishing Hair Mask  , or the It's a 10 Miracle Hair Mask.

If you're looking for something at a lower point, you could try the EVA NYC Therapy Session Hair Mask or the Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Moist Deep Conditioner with Avocado & Jojoba Oil.

@winstonsmummy I have super thick, coarse hair and have tried sooo many hair masks over the years. So far, my favorites are EVA NYC's Therapy Session Hair Mask and Redken's All Soft Heavy Cream Treatment. Both are available at Ulta.
