Hair Frizz Suggestions

Hi!

I feel like my hair is either too frizzy because of conditioner or because of the ghost oil I'm using.

Could frizz come from Ghost oil though?

There can be a lot of contributing factors to frizz; the climate you live in, your hair genetics, hair health. However a product is very unlikely to cause frizz.

Re: Hair Frizz Suggestions

That oil doesn't typically cause frizz but they can sometimes highlight it if the hair underneath is dry or not properly conditioned. What helps more is a balance of conditioning agents (like cationic ingredients) plus light silicones (dimethicone or amodimethicone) to smooth the cuticle and reduce humidity uptake.

Re: Hair Frizz Suggestions

It actually can happen, but it depends on how you’re using it and your hair type. It can also sometimes build up over time and stop moisture from getting in properly, which makes hair feel drier and more frizzy. You can try using less oil only on slightly damp or dry hair. Or see if frizz improves when you skip the oil for a few days.

Re: Hair Frizz Suggestions

Hi, this is a really good question—I’ve also struggled with figuring out what actually causes frizz sometimes. I’m also still exploring different hair and skincare products because it feels like everything reacts differently depending on your routine. It can be tricky to tell whether it’s conditioner, oil, or even just humidity affecting your hair. I recently came across luvme hair customer service phone number while looking into different beauty products and it made me think about trying some new things and switching up my routine a bit. Hair care really feels like trial and error sometimes. Hopefully you find what works best for your hair soon!

Re: Hair Frizz Suggestions

I’ve never used ghost oil before, so I’m not sure if it would cause frizzy hair. Have you tried using a leave in conditioner as well? Or what shampoo/conditioner do you use?
