It's been a while since I've been on here. 😅

I'm mainly looking for recommendations on hair growth products. Anything. Shampoo/conditioner, treatments, supplements, devices, natural potions... whatever it is, I want to hear about it. Give me all the details... the good, the bad and the ugly. Especially if it's something like the vortex wand or red light therapy.

The most helpful is the combination of things: healthy eating, scalp care and massage. Some people still try red light or various supplements, but the result is very individual.

@veronika23 , for me... My answer is kind of boring, less heat styling and chemical treatments for me.  I also notice using a prenatal with nothing too fancy, just a little extra folic acid.

I didn't stick with OUAI Hydrating Scalp Serum for Healthy, Fuller Looking Hair 2 oz / 60 mL as long as I would've liked, but I liked how it felt on my scalp.

@veronika23 - Yes, some of us received this gratis from Sephora.  It didn't do much for me, but as @danielledanielle said, it felt nice, especially when I used it with a Briogeo Scalp Revival™ Stimulating Therapy Massager.  I believe @CynthieLu had some success with this product.  I still use the massager because it feels nice.

The two newest products I've heard of have been from the Pantene Abundant and Strong line (the serum; for "hair retention"), and Neutrogena Hair Restore (I think the serum is supposed to be the powerhouse...I dont remember how it's marketed).

Hey @veronika23 !  Is it weird that I think of you whenever I see a Coffee Crisp candy bar (which are now widely available locally?)😊  I remember those generous packages you used to send.  Hope you are well, outside of the all too common hair issue.

I have tried a lot of products.  This is "the one."  I saw brow, lash, and hair growth in one month.  And I say that as a person with medical conditions that induce hair loss and no hormones left to help them grow.

Hi, @veronika23 !  How nice to see you! 😘  I recommend a detox shampoo or scalp scrub.  These will keep build up from your S&C and styling products off your hair and scalp.  I use:

- Kérastase scalp scrub (can't tag)

- Fenty Beauty by Rihanna The Clear Thinker Clarifying Detox Shampoo 10 oz/300 ml
