all i do for my hair care is shampoo and conditioner!! I have long thing dry hair! i don’t usually use heat on my hair so it’s not that damaged, what should i incorporate into my Hair care routine?

@eveykeay The things that have made the biggest benefits to my hair have been sulfate-free shampoo, It's a 10 Miracle Leave-In Product and hair oils 🙂

@eveykeay Heat isn't the only cause of dry hair; hot water, environment, heating and a/c and hard water do a number to the hair. Use a clarifying shampoo (one for hard water) to rid of buildup and minerals. Hair mask can help. Instead of a mask, I use redken bonder - pre shampoo, apply to wet hair, leave on 10 minutes, shampoo etc - started with a hydrating treatment at the salon. Leave in conditioner like Gliss too.

A good hair mask can help with conditioning and smoothing out your hair.I usually do a hair mask once a week to keep my hair conditioned from all the heat I expose it to and my hair is left smooth and conditioned every time.
