Frizzy Hair from Humidity

I can blow dry my hair and make it strait with little to no frizz when I am indoors. However, the moment I open the door and walk outside (I live in South Florida) my hair poofs up and gets frizzy (becomes about 2/3 bigger). My hair is the type that gets super oily by the next morning or that end of the day. I currently use a leave in conditioner (after showering), heat protectant (after leave-in conditioner), and hair oil (after blow drying). I have seen a significant reduction in the amount of frizz my hair gets after being hit by humidity but I’m trying to eliminate it as much as possible. Are there any products anyone would recommend to help with the humidity? (I try to stay away from super thick (b/c oily hair) or strong smelling products (b/c personal preference) but am willing to try them out) Thank you in advance for your help!

LIVING PROOF - No Frizz Humidity Shield

@FloridaKeysGal  Spray on your hair after you’ve straightened, I like to mist my hair in sections so I know I’ve got my hair evenly sprayed. It’s an anti humectant so it blocks the moisture in the air from penetrating your hair.

Thank you for the quick response! I’ve actually already tried that product (where I sprayed in sections) and it didn’t really work that much for my hair. While it did help a little, it’s smell was really strong, which made it not worth using for the small difference in frizz. Do you know of any other products for after straitening that you would recommend?

@FloridaKeysGal

You can blow dry OLAPLEX - No. 6 Bond Smoother Reparative Styling Creme into your hair and it will provide 72 hours of humidity resistance
