Fine and thin hair

my hair is very thin and fine. I take supplements but what else can I do to bring my hair back to life?

I have very fine hair @Simpson13. I can say that using this nightly has really helped, but it does take a few weeks to see the difference.

I use one dropper full across my scalp and gently massage it in for a few minutes. I do this at night time so it absorbs while I'm asleep. There's no trace of it there the morning. 🙂
