Dyson airwrap worth it?

Just wondering if anyone has had the Dyson airwrap for 6+ months. I've been debating whether or not to get it for over a year now and think I might bite the bullet. If anyone owns one would love your opinion on it. I have long hair down to my hips, very thick with a 3a-3b curls. Looking at the Dyson because with my hairs thickness and length my curls can go very flat. And also, recently moved to Nothern Ontario where the winters are so cold I can't wash and go my hair will freeze lol. I never use to blow dry really. I got the T3 Airbrush just recently (which I love) but miss my curls. So if you own a Dyson..will it work for very thick long hair? And also wanted to know what the frizzy hair situation is like when styling with it. And how hard is it to use compared to a curling iron? Share away opinions please 🙂

Chiming in to add: what is the Warranty period? And what's the anticipated life span of this wicked pricey appliance?
