Drybar Buttercup problems - filter

Hi! I'm having some trouble with the Buttercup dryer that came in the Sephora Winter Waves bundle. I can't seem to take the back off at all to clean the filter. It doesn't look like the pictures -- there's no "lock/unlock" instruction and the back won't pop off. Is anyone else having this problem? Also, my dryer doesn't read "bio-ionic" on the side, and the cool shot button doesn't lock.
