Dandruff

I have lots of dandruff in my hair and its starts before 2-3 months ago i did ayurvedic treatments for it but still same happens i want to use the ordinary hair density serum with this situation can i use that product

I had dandruff also.  I believe it was just build up from not washing every day.  I would go 3 to 4 days without washing it and my scalp was itching all the time even after the second day after washing. I started using RE-fresh scalp care Anti-Dandruff Shampoo and conditioner with Salicylic Acid.  This has really helped me .

@Anonymous do you think that your dandruff is caused by buildup or by dryness? Mine was itchy and dry and I used the Nioxin Scalp Recovery Shampoo and Soothing Treatment and they seemed to really help. I barely get any itching or flaking right now. I've used the Ordinary serum before but didn't really see any difference.

I would assume you can still use the serum as long as it causes no irritations or such. I think it is more nourishing for the scalp to help your hair grow better so maybe that helps - not sure though.

As for the dandruff - my husband & I get it occasionally - not sure whether it has to do with the water quality in our apartment. The EverFresh AntiDandruff Shampoo from L'oreal has been great for us. I also find that sometimes shampooing twice helps - once for removing build-up & then for cleaning the scalp - not sure that makes sense but I feel it makes a difference, with this shampoo & in general.

@Anonymous I get dandruff all the time! In fact, I can’t even use any other shampoo/conditioner besides the Neutrogena Daily Control Shampoo. Head and Shoulders doesn’t really work anymore for me. I also use T/Gel at least once every two weeks! Those two seem to work really well for me.

I am not familiar with ayurvedic however from what I gather understand it to be natural remedies? 
To answer your question, you can use the ordinary serum if you want but it will not address the issue you are posting about. Density = thickness.
