Hi! I’m a ballet dancer and I have a week long show coming up and have to wear a ballerina bun everyday. I already have fine hair that is prone to breakage and I am wondering if anyone had any tips to help protect my hair from any further damage. Thanks!😀

@Liss2 Traction alopecia is the term you're looking for if you want to do further research.  You might try switching to silk or satin hair accessories to ease the tension on your hair.
