Bleached Hair

Hello everyone! 

I got my highlights touched up a few days ago and despite the hairstylists efforts, the highlights were more on the orange side on my roots. After reading online, I have seen many say to use purple shampoo/hair mask/conditioner. Therefore, I bought the Kérastase Blond Absolu Anti-Brass Purple Hair Mask 6.8 oz/ 200 mL. I am unsure if this is what I should have bought. 

For reference, I have black, thin hair that has been recently highlighted. How often/ when should I start using the purple hair mask? Please let me know if there are any other recommendations.

@kizaaa I am not a hair expert by any means but I'm surprised that your stylist didn't recommend or use a toner. You could try going to Sally's and asking one of the employees to recommend a toner matching your hair level and then use the purple shampoo and conditioner to maintain the blonde.

@makeitup305 she did use a toner, but my roots still looks more on the orange side. Hmm.. I might just have to try that
