Bleached Hair Routine

Hey ya'll!

I'm going to be completely bleaching my hair soon and I was wondering what everyone's hair routines for bleached hair look like. Any product recommendations would be appreciated!

Hey @luckyk! That's exciting! 

My hair is about 90% bleached (aka 'heavily highlighted' as my stylist says :P). I don't have a strict routine, I just kind of do whatever my hair is needing at the time. Sometimes it's lookin' really brassy so I'll get it toned at the salon, or I'll use the Christophe Robin Baby Blond mask. I also use the Amika Bust Your Brass Cool Blonde shampoo a few times a week. I found bleaching really drying, and the best shampoo and conditioner I've used it the Pureology hydrate line. My favourite leave-in products have been Bumble & Bumbler's Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Primer or Pureology's 21 Essential Benefits. I use either of those every time I wash my hair and it keeps it tangle free and soft. 🙂 I hope that helps a bit.

Thanks for the suggestions! I have oily hair in general, so I’m not really sure how bleaching it is going to effect it. I’ve heard good things about Christophe Robin for bleached hair, so I’ll probably try it out. Thanks again!
