@adi2510  I've been using biotin for almost 10 years now and I feel like the supplements do help my hair grow longer faster and help with keeping my nails stronger than they were before. I like to switch off between the two, it's just a personal preference, but prefer the gummies only because they taste good and don't feel like you're taking pills.
