Best Leave In Conditioner?

Hi! I have long thick hair and really want to do my best to take care of it. I'm looking for a new leave in conditioner/serum/spray. I'd like something that helps strengthen hair, prevent split ends and maybe add some shine. I guess just something to help keep my hair healthy. I currently use either Redken One United or Drybar Prep Rally

I've always had long, thick, naturally wavy hair. Aveda products work best for me.  A shampoo, no conditioner. Instead I use a leave in balm or curl enhancer and always air dry.  Leaving conditioner no matter how small the amount takes out the curl.

A trick I've been using for years (my SIL who is a hairdresser with a few celeb clients told me this) on my fine hair but thick frizzy hair, instead of using a separate leave in conditioner, take a small amount of your normal conditioner and use it as a leave in. I use about a dime size amount. It really does work. Work it through your hair like you would a normal leave-in. Leaves my hair shiny, smooth bouncy and full.
