Alterna Caviar 10-in-1 Complete Correction Hair Cream

I see that Alterna is claiming that the Alterna Caviar 10-in-1 Complete Correction Hair Cream is now the CAVIAR Anti-Aging® Replenishing Moisture CC Cream. Has anyone tried this? I had a horrible experience. Has anyone found a good replacement for the original 10-in-1 Complete Correction Hair Cream?

I just left a review because I noticed the same thing and I'm so unhappy. I've been using it religiously for 5+ years and to have it suddenly change is awful. It's SO BAD! I'm really hoping they come out with an additional "classic" version. This new formula reminds me of when I tried the "Extra Hold" version a couple years ago and had a terrible experience, but this is worse. I thought the first bottle I got was just bad somehow, so I returned it and ordered another, but it's just as bad. Have to rinse it out as soon as you start trying to dry your hair.

As for alternatives, my hair stylist uses a lot of Kevin Murphy on me and I have a few of them, so I'll probably be purchasing some more of those things from her since my hair always feels amazing after leaving her and I've been enjoying using them at home. Some of her go-tos for my long, thick, color treated hair are the YOUNG.AGAIN leave-in treatment, ANTI.GRAVITY weightless volumizer, and SHIMMER.ME spray -- all of this yields a similar-but-even-better result than the CC cream alone. KM products are also more natural, all smell incredible, and his packaging has switched to being made from recovered ocean plastics. Hope that helps until Alterna sorts out their $#!@. 

Maybe if we all band together and express our malcontent on their Social Media and their direct feedback form, they'll consider giving us a "Classic" edition back. Here's their Instagram post about the new version:
