ALTERNA BURNT MY HAIR

Alright I bought nearly the entire alterna hair line up. A lady at Sephora told me she loves the hair serum to promote growth and it is her one everyday routine product she can not live without. She dyes her hair. My hair is red, Pail skin and apparently very sensitive. The shampoo has left my head very itchy, the 10 in one cream fried my hair (used the cream as it came in the mail first discontinued use and used the shampoo after) I have long hair and the back of my neck is super itchy. Haven't used the growth serious in a week or so but it seemed to be fine on my scalp. I used the anti aging shampoo. Is their bamboo one any different? Would love something that grows my hair, when the box came in the mail it smelt Devine. Love the sent but it's burning my head.

@Tifiny Alterna isn't a line I'm trained on or have used but good idea to stop using it. There is only one product that I have personal experience with that I know speeds up growth of existing hair. It's called F.A.S.T by Nisim. Your hair experiences different growth cycles and this shampoo + conditions hits the fast forward button on them.

That is so unfortunate, I use the Alterna hair care (hydrating shampoo and conditioner and the CC hair cream you mentioned) and have never had a bad reaction, and I have sensitive skin. Are you still within the frame to return or exchange your items?

Yes, however my daughter is using it. She has very fine brital hair and the system has worked amazing on her. She has darker hair though. Me being the red head and having no pigment I think might be the problem 😞
