The What R U Watching Challenge ~ Post Your DVR or Streaming Queue!

So I know there are various threads where we post what we are viewing/streaming but I thought it might be interesting for 2018 to have a CHALLENGE to post the queue of your choice for what you are currently seeing on your screen. 🙂

Rules:

1. Rules... There are no stinking rules! (just kidding!)

2. No really.. basically take a screen or type a list of the queue of your choice. Acceptable lists could come from such places as your: home DVR, YouTube, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Video, etc.

The more we share... the more you know! (oh wait... I'm not an NBC commercial!) But in all seriousness, my hope for this thread is by sharing these pics and/or lists we will learn about new shows, movies, series, etc. that some of us maybe never knew about before. The more we share, the more we learn. Sharing is caring!!!

@Anonymous, my love for Bravo is neverending. I rarely if ever talk about my accident but I will say when I first was brought to the rehabilitation center (after leaving the hospital) and I was brought to my room, the first thing I did was grab my remote and check if the tv had Bravo. I knew if I had to spend the next few months learning how to walk again, the television better have my favorite channel... which it did by the way. (I also learned through this exercise that Bravo repeats their programming WAY TOO MUCH!)

In terms of the Real Housewives franchises I watch most of them, but not all of them. I am a huge Erika Jayne fan but Bethenny Frankel is a close second. I never thought I would watch Atlanta but I started watching it again this season after a long hiatus because Nene and Kim are back. So yeah.. I guess the only one I don't watch is Potomac. (which is not something to be proud of)

Well...I don't have a DVR, hula, netflix, cable, satellite, or anything else.  I have over the air TV with an indoor antenna.  The only channel I watch is PBS.  I occasionally watch one of the local news stations for the weather.  Boy am I boring!

You're not alone, I don't have any of these things either! 🙂

Thankfully my library system has a couple streaming subscriptions with Hoopla Digital and Criterion which is great although Hoopla's tv and movie selection is totally random. I'm currently watching a series about food throughout history - it's just a man lecturing in a room so it's nice to listen to it while cooking. My fave lecture so far is about food in Imperial Rome which was mad. People eating things that sound pretty disgusting, just to show off how cosmopolitan they are. Reminded me of today with our indulgent food trends like charcoal ice cream...

I'm also watching Vikings... the main female characters are strong and independent 🙂 Also, the Viking women have really amazing hair

@Titian06.. You are not boring at all! Masterpiece Classic is one of my fav programs!!! There is just nothing currently on that has peaked my interest. (I didn't really like Victoria.) I both lived and then subsequently died by Downton Abbey. And years ago when Masterpiece did Jane Austen... oh my gosh.. can you hear me squealing?!?!

So no you are definitely not boring!?!?! And you are actually smart for not paying for cable.. good for you! Feel free to tag others but thanks for sharing. 

Oh and oh yeah... PBS was how I started my obsession with Sesame Street back in the day. ( @yankeefaithful) Yes, I know HBO has stolen it away but it will always be on NYC Channel 13 in my heart.

Thanks @willa25!  Sesame Street is on HBO?!?  Wow!  It's still on PBS here about 4x day.  I don't watch it, but I still love the cookie monster!

@Titian06, I'm not sure what the actual agreement was that they made with Children's Television Workshop but yes, HBO now has Sesame Street. (oh and HBO also owns my beloved, John Oliver.. who is currently on hiatus at the moment. Otherwise he would definitely be in my DVR list.)
