Hi, I wanted to check if anyone else has experienced this while placing an order through the app. I added a few MAC lipsticks to my cart during the sale and the discount showed up correctly when I first added them. However, when I proceeded to checkout, one of the items no longer showed the discount, even though the other two still did (I’ve attached a screenshot as proof).

I thought it was a glitch, so I removed everything from my cart and tried adding the items again, but this time none of the discounts appeared at all—even though the banner clearly said “All MAC 30% Off.” I’ve attached screenshots that show this as well.

It seems like there may have been an issue with the app at the time. I would really appreciate it if you could help me figure out what happened. I know MAC is also offering 30% off in their own stores, but I would love to continue shopping through Sephora if I’m still eligible for the discount.

I wasn’t able to reach customer service that night since it was around 10–11 PM, and the app asked me to contact support during operational hours. All the stores were closed as well, so I couldn’t go in person to pick up the items.
