Ear piercing

My question is kind of weird. I got an ear piercing two weeks ago on a thursday, but I have a sports game this coming monday. I’m scared I’m going to be forced to take it out and the hole will close over. Will it hurt to reinsert my earring after it not being in for 1.5 hours?

@katier13  It will likely close if you take it out this soon. I would recommend covering it with a flesh toned bandaid. This will protect it and make it less obvious. It probably depends what sport you are playing though in terms of actual policies.

@katier13 Maybe contact the place you got the ear piercing from or ask your coach if it's okay to have it on.  Usually you are not suppose to take it out for a certain amount of time.
