This is a special area for us to talk about all the fun of the season.  No matter what you celebrate or how, we want to share it!  This is a thread inspired by those of veronika23 from yesteryear.  You can post about beauty, memories, traditions or anything you want.

I'd like to continue with the idea of having a prompt for each day.  Feel free to post as often as you'd like...and to add your own prompts.

Dec. 24: I’ve been super low key with my makeup recently. Just some tinted moisturizer, cream blush, mascara, brows and a tinted lip balm if I do any makeup at all!

DEC 24 - I am loving a soft glow look. I think that starts with a great skin care routine ans just the right amount of makeup. And to finish i love a soft gradient lip

I make sure it is something they need or want. I’m not big on giving surprise gifts.

December 23: Who is someone special you're thinking of this season? My kids! This is the first Christmas without either of them living at home.

@faeriegirl   Awww, this is one of those not-so-fun times of being a mom.  When we dropped ours off at college, there was this awful, suffocating feeling (probably a panic attack,) because no matter how much I wanted to see him, I couldn't. Fortunately that feeling mostly subsided into, "I sure do miss him."

Have they been gone long?

Your good work has helped them be able to be healthy enough to be independent. 😇

@faeriegirl in regards to your dec 23 post. That must be hard for you. I hope that you will at least get to talk to them. Wishing you a happy holiday and i hope that you can do something for yourself that you enjoy!

December 20: What beauty product has been your saving grace this year?  COLOR WOW Dream Coat Supernatural Treatment Spray for Frizzy Hair -  When I use this with any shampoo or conditioner, I have curls instead of frizz.

December 21: What's your gifting style?  I tend to give gifts at non-occasions.

December 22: Sound off on beauty advent calendars!  When they were knew on the scene, they were a good deal.  Now, not so much.

December 23: Who is someone special you're thinking of this season? One of my closest friends that moved far away.

@Ispend2much6 @I’ve seen such mixed reviews about the spray treatment ! Do you have to heat style after you use it, or is it a spray and go situation ?

@Kim888   I've used it both ways!  I use it after all of my conditioning products, rinse-out ones in the shower, and leave-in ones.  I still have some curls if I use the hair dryer, but I only use it for a couple of minutes while my head is upside down. (My hair is long.)  Air-drying gives the strongest curls.

@Ispend2much6 - I've been looking at this product for quit some time.  I air dry my hair, so now I think I'm sold!  😄
