Ulta blocked me

I am trying to window shop on Ulta. The website was working for a while but randomly if I click on a random product or page it will display this message . But now the website is just displaying the message the whole time and not just for random products. I didn’t do anything at all! I was just looking and adding products to my cart! I didn’t even try to check out or anything. Has this happened anyone else? How do you fix it? I’m super annoyed 😑

This just happened to me too, I’m currently texting support trying to fix it. I need my makeup for my wedding!

Update from customer service end.. said it’s a known error on their end and to try it again after 24 hours. Highly annoyed!
