NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer - Leaking?

Hi! I purchased the NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer in Chantilly last December and was super excited about it (I have the solid foundation in Chantilly and I think it really transforms my skin). Unfortunately, when I went to use it I noticed that the concealer was leaking out of the bottle near the rubber stopper. I figured it was just a poorly made stopper, so I exchanged it last week for a new one. The new concealer leaked in exactly the same spot. The cashier acted very skeptical and claimed that she had never experienced this in her four years of using the product. I'm really disappointed because I love the formula but I obviously can't keep a product that leaks everywhere, damaging my makeup cases and wasting my money. Has anyone else had this problem? Or does anyone know what I can do to stop it from leaking? Can anyone recommend a similar liquid concealer (close to Chantilly) that doesn't leak?

I swear by this product and have never had that issue. I'm betting that the store you bought it from had a bad batch which would explain why you got 2 in a row like that. I'd try purchasing it from a different location to avoid the defective batch if that is the issue.

Thanks! I actually purchased the first one online and exchanged it at a store, so I’m not sure if that’s it. But I will go to a different store and try again!

I've never had this problem with my NARS concealer, so I think you got unlucky twice with the packaging :(. It's also possible that that entire batch might have defective packaging, so you had a higher chance of getting hit twice. The stopper may not be working correctly or could be cracked.

I'd definitely exchange the product and get a new one and give it a third try. Perhaps ask the cashier to open it at the cashwrap right before you purchase it to make sure it's not leaking. 

Hope you have better luck this time around! If it doesn't end up working out, I enjoy the Estee Lauder Double Wear concealer formula and they have a variety of shades, so hopefully you find a shade similar to chantilly.
