Getting good deals?

My school is in a very rich area of town. All of my friends have the fancy and trending makeup and perfume. My parents are not very big spenders and as I'm 15 I'm not old enough for a job yet. I'm wondering if any of you guys are getting good discounts/samples for cheap. I'm also wondering, aside from getting cheap popular "luxury" makeup and perfume, is there any products you guys recommend? Cheap products with great value that work well? Let me know what your tips are and hacks? Just anything that's helped you feel confident, pretty, and not totally broke haha. I'd like to stop worrying about touching up my makeup during school and redoing it at lunch. What's gonna give me my long awaited glowup?

@mariecluff @Have you tried TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, or Marshall’s? They sell brand names for less including makeup/skincare/perfume.
