I also love the glam glow!! I have been dying to try the Dior and I have tried some over $200 products (La Mer) and actually liked my glam glow better!

I'm a Dreamskin fan myself, and it's a tough product to find alternatives to as it's a great finishing touch for skincare, provides a nice cosmetic affect, but I also like it as a primer. What I would suggest is looking at 'glotions' like Estée Edit Beam Team Hydrate + Glow and boscia Tsubaki™ Glotion Instant Luminizing Moisturizer. Beam Team Hydrate + Glow is more similar to Dreamskin in that it's a very versatile product, can be worn under makeup, alone, or mixed into makeup, boscia's glotion I've only ever worn alone but I think it provides a really pretty, hydrated glow!
