Color match

These were both my ‘color match’ which I have to rely on since we can no longer use in store testers. Left is Tarte hydreflex in 32n and right Fenty profilter long wear in 200. Both came up as exact matches. I’ve never ever retuned makeup before until recently. Am I the only one getting these kind of results?

Re: Color match

You really have to rely on knowing your own shade group followed by your undertone. Personally the  shade tool often suggest shades that are too light or too deep. I suspect the algorithms are off.

Re: Color match

I had a similar experience. I am light to medium and the color match was proposing shades in tan.

Re: Color match

@shorekitten The color match isn't always right.  The best way to color match is to see it in store.
