How to Get Rid of Arm KP

Hi all! 

I have those small red bumps along the back of my arms... any product recommendations to help me get rid of them? I have very sensitive skin.

@Jelly153   This is the best chemical/physical exfoliant i have ever tried!  It’s an HG product and has been for years:)
