Best product for body acne?

So luckily i dont have any acne on my face but my shoulders and butt has a lot of acne marks and often breaks out. What can I use to get those marks to go away?

Regardless of the acne treatment brand I use I always exfoliate beforehand. I've been a fan Murad grapefruit scrub for my shoulder acne.

What I did. I changed my body lotion. I got rid of anything that had fragrance since if you have acne skin that's definitely a factor. Watch what you put in your hair. I have curly hair and it needs some heavy stuff in it to tame it. I would leave my hair down and whatever was on my hair would go on to my neck and shoulders and clog my skin. For lotions I've used Cera Ve Moisturizing lotion for almost 2 years now. I have tried Cera Ve SA Renewing lotion, but not long enough to see adifference. I would use a cotton cloth to exfoliate in the shower before I put on any soap, I found that helped. For body wash It's not easy to find something that's good and affordable but Aveenos hydrating body wash is good. If your break out is really bad start with their wash for sensitive skin and fragrance free. Sunscreen! It helps with scars and breakouts so if you're breaking out find a sunscreen with goodingredients and wear it everyday. Sun exposure definitely is a factor in making them scars last. I have not used enough BHA or enough products that contain salicylic acid to recommend any because while these products will help they do make your skin more sensitive so a sunscreenis a must while using them. But first and foremost I would recommend you change your products, and change your diet. Do your research and see what might be causing your break outs. I don't know how much acne products you're using but if you haven't started try to start with lowamounts of BHA and salicylic ( I believe there's numbers, with low being one and then up) going stronger. There are body washes with salicylic acid, which is a good thing to try to start. Here on this site, there's the Murad Acne Body Wash; the Neutrogena Body Clear Body Wash, for example, would be a comparable product at drugstore prices.
